Low Ball Offers Can Get Rejected

Today is a buyer’s market.  Since home buyers knew that today is a buyers market, they expect to get the best deal on their purchase.  This holds true whether you’re looking for Logan Real Estate, or Real Estate In Atlanta GA.

A lot of buyers want to “low ball” their offer, and see just how low the seller is willing to come down in price.

This kind of strategy can be effective, but more often than not it isn’t so what happens is that some sellers tend to get defensive and unreceptive to the buyer who has just made a very low offer.

One best counter strategy for this market is to make an offer that is not too low and that will be readily accepted.  This kind of offer could be not too low to make a good deal, and not high enough to lose the buyer.
