HomeGain assessed approximately 600 real estate experts to realize what are some of the DIY home improvement repairs or upgrades which offer the sellers the biggest return for their money.  And here are these home improvement projects which made the list. Take note that they’re all under $1,000 (amounts are estimated).

  • Improvements in Landscaping. Spice up and decorate your home’s facade by adding more flowers, plants, grasses, bushes etc. to enhance your home’s appearance.  Be sure that they are regularly maintained and taken cared of  For this one, it would cost you $540 and it will return $1, 932.
