We are finalizing the paperwork right now on 35 homes in Ft. Myers and Naples, Florida. Pictures, prices, comparables, contracts etc available and ready for sale from Monday.
You will be dealing directly with us, the seller.
There are no agents or intermediaries and they are all unlisted.
They are all 50-60% LTV and the list includes some luxury homes. All of the homes make great vacation homes or rentals.
